About Factoring

With this option the factoring company manages the sales ledger and credit functions on your behalf. It is recognised that your customers are key to the success of your business and therefore chasing for late payment of invoices is managed on a sensitive basis with reference to you for sensitive matters. The services available under this type of agreement is either:

Recourse Factoring whereby the factoring company will manage your sales ledger and credit functions but ultimately reverts to you in the event of non-payment by your customer.

Non-Recourse Factoring with bad debt protection whereby the factoring company manages the sales ledger and credit functions without any come back to you, even in the event of non-payment of the invoice.

The systems are easy to manage and the funds will normally be available to you within 24 hours of raising the invoice on the factoring company's system.
